From the M40 Northbound - Leave the M40 at junction 13 (Leamington/Warwick turn off). Turn right over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow the winding road to the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Leamington A452. From the M40 Southbound- Leave the M40 at junction 14 (Leamington turn off). Turn left over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow straight road to the roundabout, take the second exit towards Leamington A452. Then continue for both directions from here - Next you will approach another roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass the 'BMW' showrooms on your right. Continue to the next roundabout with 'Frankie & Benny's' on your right. Take the first exit, then taking the middle lane continue over this roundabout. You will pass the Ford Foundary on your right. This will be 'Princes Drive'. Follow the road to the end, at the T-junction turn right into 'Warwick New Road'. Follow road along for approx 100 yards where the road forks, take the left hand fork which becomes 'Warwick Place' continue across 'Clarendon Place (A452) into 'Warwick Street' to the last set of lights, go across the lights into 'Willes Road'.
