From East: M4 junction 29: Take the A48M/A48 signed Cardiff. Exit the A48 signed Cardiff East/Docks. Stay in the left-hand lane and follow signs for City A4161 to the roundabout. Take second exit at this roundabout onto Newport Road. Follow signs for City A4161 by continuing on this road. On the left you will see the Macdonald Holland House Hotel, then turn immediately left at the next set of traffic lights onto Fitzalan Place. At second set of traffic lights drive straight on to Windsor Road. At roundabout take third exit and filter into left-hand lane.
