Heading south on the m5 exit at junction 25, follow signs for Taunton town centre. After 1.5 miles of dual carriageway follow signs for town centre a38 Wellington. This takes you along Victoria Parkway and then into East Reach. At the top of East Reach follow signs for a38 Wellington/Musgrove Park Hospital.
