Directions to The Avenue Heritage Inn From the M40 Northbound Leave the M40 at Junction13 (Warwick/Leamington turn off). Turn right over the motorway, following signs for A452 Leamington. Follow winding road to roundabout. Take the third exit towards Leamington. From the M40 Southbound Leave the M40 at Junction 14. Turn left over the motorway, following signs for A452 Leamington. Following straight road to roundabout, take the second exit towards Leamington A452. Then from both the above directions Next you will approach another roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass Wanzl, BMW and Jeep. Continue to further roundabout with the industrial park on your right. Take the first exit. Then at the next roundabout take the second exit with Ford on your right. Turn right at next roundabout. Go over the next mini island, over the pedestrian crossing and past the Manor House Hotel approximately 100 yards on the left hand side you will arrive at The Avenue. From Coventry A45 and A46 From Coventry and the A45, take the A46 and signs for Warwick and Leamington, from the A46, take the slip road marked Leamington, up to the roundabout and take the first left. Continue along this road to the mini roundabout and take the second exit. Continue along this road to the mini roundabout and take the second exit. Continue on this road through two sets of traffic lights until you come to an I Junction, continue on this road taking the right turn, then the left, which will bring you down The Parade (the main shopping area of Leamington). The Royal Priors shopping arcade should be on your left. Continue down The Parade, through two sets of traffic lights, two mini roundabouts and another set of traffic lights. Pass The Pump Rooms on your right and the main Post Office on your left. Turn right and immediately on your right you will find The Avenue.
