The Rosaland is close to both the city centre and railway station with the university just 300 yards away. Brittany Ferry is only 1 mile away. The famous Hoe and Barbican is only 15 minutes walk away. When you come down the hill to Plymouth, stay in the left hand lane. At the roundabout, take the first exit and stay in the left hand lane. After 500 yards, this lane separates with the other lanes and goes to Mutley. At the first set of lights, you come to go straight on. Second set of lights, straight on up the hill. At the top of the hill is a third set of lights. Bear to the left slightly, going up to the brow of the hill. At the fourth lights, turn right and go down the hill (North Road East). Halfway down, turn right at the fifth set of lights into Houndiscombe Road - bear to the right. We are 400 yards on the right.
