Fossil Grove is a unique treasure, situated in the beautiful surroundings of Victoria Park in the west of the city. These fossil trees, uncovered by removal of the surrounding rocks, are the remains of an ancient forest around 330 million years old. Fossil Grove lies within Victoria Park in the Whiteinch area of the City.
Directions: By Rail: 15 minutes walk from Jordanhill rail station. By Bus: First Bus services 9, 42, 44, 44D, 62, 64 stop in Dumbarton Road, which is close to Victoria Park.
