From the end of the M5, follow directions for Torquay (A380), passing through Newton Abbott and Kingskerswell. At the 'English Riviera' roundabout, continue straight on and pass through the traffic lights by Currys and McDonald's. Follow this road until you get your first glimpse of the sea, and at the traffic lights by Halfords, take the outside lane (signposted the seafront) and continue down Avenue Road. Pass through the next set of lights at Mill Lane, and then take the next left into Bampfylde Road. Bridge Road is the second road on the left and the Crowndale is on the left hand side of the road.
