Approaching from the North follow the A78 into Largs town centre. Pass through passing a roundabout near a large Safeways store. Next turning on the right is Charles Street. Turn right and proceed to the bottom and first left is Broomfield place on the seafront. Belmont House is the second house on the left. From the South as you enter the town you will pass a marina on the left. Proceed uphill and through a set of traffic lights. You will pass a BP petrol station on your right and a Kwik Fit garage on your left. Take the next turning left into Charles Street. Proceed to the bottom and turn left at the sea. This is Broomfield Place. Belmont House is the second house on the left.
